The Temp to Permanent model provides employers with the opportunity to try out employees to determine if they are a good fit for the company and the position. This is also a good option for those employers who are thinking about increasing staff but not ready to commit to a permanent increase in workforce before testing it out. Temporary employees can fulfill a need to increase staff for a finite period or to cover another employee's absence.
Direct Hire eliminates the time consuming tasks associated with recruiting and hiring. If an employer is looking for a regular, full time employee but doesn’t have the time, expertise or resources to advertise openings, sift through countless applications and resumes, schedule and conduct numerous interviews and skill test applicants, HR Dynamics can help.
